The interior of the property was very clean and nice. I love the layout of the apartment. Very beautiful

The exterior of the property was very nasty and stink. But I would stay again

Nos gustó la habitación, era amplia y bonita

Avisan de que está en una zona de ambiente, lo que no dicen es que tiene cero insonorización. En la mesita ponen tapones para los oídos porque si vas uno de los días que la discoteca de abajo está abierta, parecerá que estás dentro. La cama retumba y se mueve, se escuchan perfectamente las canciones. Además al entrar, la casa tenía un olor raro, echamos perfume para no notarlo. Habíamos hecho el check in cuando nos llego el email pero no nos enviaron el código, tuvimos que reclamarlo y estuvimos un rato esperando en la puerta. Encontramos el sitio gracias a que preguntamos, no hay señalización. Al salir no podíamos salir porque había gente durmiendo en la puerta y tuvimos que saltarlos. Reclamamos pero no nos hicieron ni caso, nos dijeron que avisan de que está en una zona de ambiente.

Buena ubicación en la entrada de Casco viejo.

El nivel de ruido supera todo lo imaginable, en el dia tienes las bocinas de los autos dentro de la casa, en la noche las orquestas de los sitios contiguos. Ese nivel de ruido no es eliminable usando tapones, si eres sensible evitalo. En dos de mis tres dias no habia internet. El ultimo dia no habia agua.

Noisy. Loud music around.

The apartment is very nice and from the location you can reach everything fast. You even have a wonderful vew. After difficultis, because auf extremely loud music, the people of the Wynwood houses helpt me to get a new apartment, which was a lot quieter. If you have a deep sleep this apartment is wonderful. If you have light sleep, better get another apartment. Wynwood have a lot of nice apartments.

It was extremely loud, during evening and night, till 4am. The hole room was vibrating, because of music, a rooftop bar was playing and you could here another rooftopbar aswell.

Very clean and comfortable. Good proximity to restaurants, services and tourist attractions.

Whilst general location was good there are several homeless located on the entrance steps of the building and we felt a little uncomfortable entering and exiting the property. There is also loud noise from nearby bars at night. Ear plugs were provided but to little effect. Ok if you will be out partying with them!
