Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel

We encountered excellent staff around the hotel. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet and the room we had, had a great view.

We are not fans of big hotels and on a Sunday was heaving with people especially around the pool. Mostly lots of families and their kids. Monday was much more quiet. They didn't utilise the beach well. While the sand was raked and the water clear, they only had basic loungers on the Monday with no staff around. On the Sunday they also had bean bags and the beach restaurant was open.

Great breakfast room with views. Great juices.

Very limited vegan hot food. Almost no vegan food for lunch or dinner. Lefts very slow and one out of order everyday for maintenance

On average, to be honest just an average food, mostly for local population, we stayed 9 nights, every morning same style food doesn’t make very much tasty.

No halal food while I notice quite a lot Muslim guests in hotel. All 3 eateries were total lake of Halal food. This make very limited choice for breakfast and dinner. The dinning area is congested . No comfortable seating for 2 guests in room as only one chair is stacked beside the desk. And Mist of all the dread full Elevators. Seems one lift is always broken and maintenance sign Placed. Seems never ending maintenance.

I thought it could be a tad more lively - music in the evenings type of thing

The room was large and mondern with a great view.

Nothing

For the whole hotel there are only 3 elevators and 1 of them everytime broken. So please expect 20-30 minutes of waiting lift. Staff was very unproffesional. I did not recommend
