Need a keycard to get to the floors, feeling safe. Clean. Spacious. Labelling

Bed/mattress & non fitting topper , lack of fitting sheet… just hung off. No caffeine coffee. Had to sort out the air con . Paying for parking..big cheek

"Lovely hotel, would return"

Hotel was lovely and modern. Very clean and in a good location with restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the shower drained extremely slowly and therefore had to keep turning the water off to prevent flooding. There was also nowhere to get extra coffee sachets from so only had 4 over the 4 nights stay.

The windows cant be opened for fresh air and we weren't aware of the parking charges or late check out charges even after enquiring beforehand

The place and staff were amazing, could not fault. The room is nicely sized and the shower is good and the ability to store and make food is such a nice facility to have

The breakfast / electric charging / parking spaces Breakfast could be warmer or have a better toaster Electric charging failed and cost £30 for no charge There isn't enough parking for peak times - but there is some on road parking possible
