The Chck in Times were not clearly communicated. I missed check in time by 10 min. and they left me stranded on the Streets od Manila saying its not their problem that i missed the checki in time because check in is until 12am.

It is not with in the advertised image above, the ac position is also bad which also needs cleaning and the room smells like shit. And the socket from the sink is broken and the appliances are not working too, cant heat up ur food and water boiler is not working

Location

Do not allow a guard to enter a guestโ€™s room simply because housekeeping discovered that the guest was still in the bathroom at 1:00 PM. This shows a complete lack of consideration for a regular PWD client who had checked in at 7:00 PM the previous night. To make matters worse, the guard was pressuring the guest to leave the room while the guest was frantically trying to book a cab service.
