Location is very near ayala enjoyable walks. The neighborhood is neat There is a pantry and study location

Bathroom facilities are dirty Mosquitoes in room I requested for an additional blanket and told there was a daily fee that would cost an additional 40 percent of lodging rate๐Ÿ™„ More of the time the front desk have no staff and the place is run by a security guard whose military-like disposition & treatment is discouraging
