The management doesn't have enough housekeeping staff to help one staff, they don't have receptionist just the security guards for cost saving as well as they are not totally supportive of their residents/tenants.

The room is nice and clean.

Its better have a free water drinking dispenser at the alley way area or in the lobby area. Its better have a free wifi and tv set in a studio room.
