Tuan and his staff are very friendly people who will do everything to ensure you have a perfect stay

The rooms are a bit small, not a real problem but there is little room to store your suitcase

Super friendly staff, location is OK a bit far from the center in a quiet area.

Rooms are way too small, bathroom is tiny. We took a family room for 2 adults 3 kids and it wasn't good. Breakfast is made by the staff and was not good.

Posizione a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale di Hoi An e quindi fuori dalla confusione. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Non c'è una stanza per la colazione, ma è possibile ordinare la sera prima (scegliendo tra un'ampia scelta di proposte) e riceverla direttamente in camera. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

L'unica piccola pecca è l'insonorizzazione. Avevamo una camera comunicante con un'altra occupata da altri ospiti. Nonostante le porta fosse chiusa sentivamo tutto dall'altra stanza. Per fortuna erano educati e non è stato un problema durante la notte.

The hotel location is near to the old town

Owner Tuan is a professional, friendly and helpful person, his face always has a bright smile, when we didn’t accept the attractions he has propose, he still has a great smile . Any questions check with him, he is always patience with the answer. We are happy to stay at this hotel., Will back when next time visit again Hoi An.

Globalement absolument tout. L’hôtel est petit, cosy, avec un ascenseur, très propre, on a adoré! Un coup de ❤️ Le personnel est très accueillant La piscine est petite mais un vrai bonheur en fin de journée pour se détendre L’hôtel est un peu plus loin de l’hyper centre mais c’est au calme pour dormir et il ne faut que quelques minutes pour être en plein centre-ville

Rokas ticked all the boxes: superb hospitality, great location, comfortable, and really reasonably priced! Tuan was so friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and encouraged us to get in touch with any questions. All the staff we met were so kind and accommodating, and the a la carte breakfast was delicious - a great range to choose from with different fresh juices daily (we recommend the banh mi Viet Nam). The rooms are small but neat and tidy with quite a spacious shower. The pool is also cosy but perfect for a dip to cool down. We loved the location - a little quieter than central old town, but a pleasant walk along the river to get there. Lots of local food nearby, and a minimart just across the road, and Tuan kindly arranged laundry service for us and was always quick to answer any queries on whatsapp.

The soundproofing of rooms wasn't amazing, so if you are a light sleeper maybe pack some ear plugs.
