Excellent customer service. Clean and beautiful room. Good value for money.

The room was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient with big suitcases. Also the walls were quite thin as you could hear your neighbors pretty well. There is construction going on next door so you might hear that early in the morning.

The reception was super friendly, they provided good choices for local businesses in the area!

The staff hospitality, the room style, the location very near to old town but in the calmer area. There is a very good cafe walkable 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend this place

Hotel was in good location, short walk from old town. Breakfast was ordered night before via WhatsApp to Tuan the owner and there was plenty of choice. He helped with laundry, taxis and getting tickets for a show and gave us other recommendations. Small pool to use if you wanted to after the heat of the day

A return stay, always recommend! The hotel is very unique and comfortable. Great location and everything you need within a few mins walk or Grab.

Outstanding heartfelt service by owner Tuan who was so welcoming, took care of all our requests promptly, and made really wonderful arrangements for the car transfers and tours. Our stay there was like a cosy home experience. The property is just a short walk to the old town and what’s great is that it’s on a quieter side so you get a more peaceful night’s rest.

The room is very small unfortunately and it was a challenge with 2 luggages. We understand that it was due to certain building restrictions and regulations, but it would probably be more comfortable for a single person’s accommodation. Regardless, the room and bathroom are nicely furnished.

Unique and beautiful hotel in Hoi An! The room is exactly as in photos - it was a really nice surprise. The host is very welcoming and kind, he arranged me transport to the Da Nang airport with a good price too. Location is great as it’s very close to Hoi An old town but at the same time not directly in it so I could sleep well as it wasn’t very noisy. Breakfast is nice too.

There are some (closed and locked) doors in between mine and the other apartment on the same floor, so I could hear other guests taking shower. All in all, they were respectful so it wasn’t an issue during night.

Great location just far enough away from all the crowds, but still close enough to get to. Friendly owner who was very helpful rooms are abit cosy !

Beautiful design and clean

The room is not small but with the super king bed I have no more space to put my big luggage bag. Soundproof is poor I can hear loud karaoke opposite the hotel, luckily it stopped before I went to bed.
