Garth Cottage Village Dog-Friendly Sleeps 4

Everything was ideal - the location was perfect, nice and quiet. The cottage itself was beautiful and so homely!

Well equipped, quality of the property and very clean. Bonus with two bathrooms and separate staircases to each bedroom as we had friends staying one night. Everything there we could need. Very comfortable beds. Location great for the North Yorkshire coast. Two good pubs in the village ( West and East Ayton) One of the best cottages we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot.

Lovely cottage and property, ideal small fenced garden for dogs to nip out. Lovely layout and good amenities.

Had requested an early check in at time of booking. Host advised they would confirm nearer the time. Text again on day of arrival to confirm if this was possible due to poor weather, to receive no response until 10pm that night. Only 1 bin bag for 4 adults and no instructions regarding recycling (what is accepted etc) and only 1 toilet roll per bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable, double bed definitely needs a new mattress as you roll into the middle and the bed creaks terribly.

Cosy , homely, nice artwork on the walls, modern kitchen great it had a washer and tumbler dryer as it was wet and I had kids. Bathrooms exceptional. Beds were really comfortable and it was in a quiet location

Parking was a bit tight as I have a big car but it was manageable

Only issue is the shower in the 2nd bathroom is not really useable as no shower door due to sloping roof, can only use as a bath

Location excellent. Comfortable beds. Quiet in evenings. TV great!

Not enough crockery and cutlery. Had to buy loo roll as only one left. No dish cloth or spray to clean with. Towels not 'fresh smelling' and too small. No instructions for appliances or boiler left or information about local area and things to do...

Excellent. Great location Like a little haven. We really enjoyed it.
