Liked everything from location to the layout of the cottage

Didn't like leaving it will be a longer stay next time

Use key safe very easy to do

Would like a hairdryer but that’s all

We all loved the cottage, it was a great location

A lovely cottage, two knocked into one. Large kitchen diner with stairs to twin room with en-suite. Living room has stairs to double room with en-suite. Utility room with washer, dryer, freezer, iron, ironing board and highchair. Basic needs for crockery, cutlery, pans etc are met. All good quality. Welcome tray with a few tea bags, coffee, biscuits and longlife milk in the fridge. Only salt, pepper, vinegar and tin foil are supplied. You will have to take or buy everything else. All areas are clean and well maintained. The car parking space is across the front windows. Any other cars have to use the road before you turn onto the lane and then into a courtyard area. The rear area is very small. We sat on the bench at the front in the evening and chatted with the neighbours. This was a base for travelling to the coast and surrounding areas so we didnt go into the village at all. Lovely stay that came to an end too quickly. Some constructive criticisms are below, none of which detracted from the property or stay, merely suggestions of what may improve the customer experience.

The only things I would say that could be improved on are: Pan stand/trivet for hot items from the cooker. Bath sheets rather than bath towels. Quality good but far too small. A choice of duvet weight. It is a 13.5 tog. Too hot when the weather is 26 degrees!! More toilet rolls. Never enough wherever you go. Larger wine glasses. Biggest size would only fit a sherry in it!! Smell of dampness in twin en-suite. Think its due to having a bath and loose shower head but cant fit a screen or curtain due to sloping ceiling and velux.

Clean, well decorated and comfortable. Within easy drivable distance to all the sights of the area.

The car parking space for the accommodation is tight.
