Fantastic safe location. 5 minutes from Lytham but lovely countryside setting. Attention to detail at the property was great from the decor to the well stocked welcome pack.

Everything was perfect. My only suggestion would be for some hooks (or overdoor hangar with hooks) on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes when taking a shower.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and finished to a very high standard. Woodland walk was lovely and the grounds and associated buildings were amazing. A lovely peaceful environment to completely switch off and chill. Will definitely be returning.

This is our 2nd visit here absolutely love it. Spotlessly clean, great location. You can walk into Lytham which is a nice place to visit. We will be back next year

Well furnished great tv , wonderful beds and bedding. Huge kitchen

There should have been a handrail in bathroom,shower really surprised there wasn’t as safety should be too priority- also small things like no oven gloves, no tray or omelet pan, mentioning this as so easy to correct for future holiday makers.
