Lovely house, great location. Very new and clean. Nice little garden - suntrap in the morning. Comfy beds.

Couple of very minor points - bedside lights in the twin room, more glasses in the kitchen.

"Beautiful home"

Beautiful property with everything you could need. Loved it. Great that dogs are catered for too, which enables you to enjoy a well furnished, lovely property with family and furry friends. Lovely staff and easy to communicate with owners with instant response.

"Perfect Lytham stay"

Beautiful house - very clean, comfortable beds, some thoughtful little extras and it was in a perfect location (20minutes walk to Lytham). Host was very helpful and attentive.
