Very spacious and comfortable home for a family of 7 adults and 2 babies under 1. They were very accommodating with our babies with cots and high chairs. The beds were very comfortable and showers had really good pressure, no issues with hot water at all. Quiet location but only 10 minutes to the town centre and attractions such as the Skyline. Overall very good value for money and I would highly recommend.

Towels were on the smaller side but we brought our own so wasn’t a huge deal. Need instructions on how to use the dryer. The separate toilet needed a hand towel rail. The cavity slider between the hallway and the kitchen/dining room needs to be realigned so it actually closes properly.

"Very nice but a little far out from all the Rotorua attractions."

the front door handle / lock was quite difficult to operate. It was a combined lock and security fitting. Very frustrating at times.

"Absolutely loved it. Great space for big group, quiet neighbourhood and close to supermarket and town."

Great space for a big group. Comfortable beds.

Does need more couches/seats and utensils and cutlery to cater for 10 people but still manageable as it was. Because lawns were mowed without catcher a lot of grass came inside.
