Peaceful 5 bedrooms Retreat

The property was very comfortable, clean and big as with all amenities

Getting into the property. I had received an email from booking com informing the property would send an email code for access. I never received an email so phoned the accommodation administration and was told the access code was in the email. I tried to explain I hadn't received an email but the person was insistant that access instructions were in the email. At the property door there was no code keypad and no email with the code so I phoned again. While on the phone one of my family members discovered a key in a plastic bag buried in the garden. I told the property admin person don't worry we found the key. She was insistant we didn't need a key we needed a code after I had said several times I hadn't received an email. I finally said don't worry the key fits and we are in. Some confusion about access is a serious misfortune on your companies good name as all the rest was excellent. Very disappointed about access instructions as no keypad to enter a code, no email with code and phone anwserer insistant not a key but access only via code on an email I hadn't received. Frustration but take heart place was as I've said excellent

Was such a good stay everything you need wjem traveling with friends and kids

Large spacious property, very clean and comfortable Clean linen, towels, tea, coffee provided including excellent TV Chanel’s for a cozy evening

Perfect place to stay for two families, with lots of space and good-sized rooms. Had everything we needed.

The entrance door was locked on arrival as it was locked from inside, so we had to call up.

Maybe dinner plates can be better and not chipped otherwise great stay.
