Peaceful 5 bedrooms Retreat

One room’s electrical blanket is not working.

Perfect for our requirements. Lots of rooms, well supplied kitchen, bedding and towels were good.

The en-suite bathroom's heated towel rack is very loose and came out of the wall, which made me concern for safety regarding the wiring. This bathroom also had some hair in the shower and on the floor, which wasn't great from something you expect to be clean when you show up.

Modern, great layout, quiet, warm, plenty of space, excellent communication.

The kitchen lacked a few basics. A couple of platters are needed for serving food once cooked (or for cheese/snacks), a couple of bowls are needed for fruit and potato chips. The pots n pans need upgrading, some have the base Teflon flaking off, wobbly handles etc. Ideally there needs to be a TV in the media room or at least a second couch in the main living where the TV is. Given the house sleeps 10, seating for 3 at the TV isn't enough.

It was excellent: clean, large, modern, superb!We loved every second of it and the location was so great. Best accommodation in Rotorua and we've stayed in a lot of properties
