The view and the property itself was amazing however it was the biggest catfish ever!

As soon as you get to the Noir suite door there is a vile sewage smell that hits you straight away inside of the apartment , the smell was so bad the downstairs bathroom was unused the whole time I stayed at this apartment and had to cover my nose when entering and exiting the apartment. I seen someone else comment about the smell from months back so it’s an issue that still hadn’t been resolved. Disclaimer smell so bad that even air freshener doesn’t work! The downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom was covered in dust , from the walls , to the bed side table , to every single item in the room. You can see the dust floating around in the light & feel it landing on your face appalling, if you’re someone who suffers with allergies stay away! The bathtub one of the main features in the property didn’t fill up as the plug socket was broken , what an absolute waste and to top it off the hot water went off from 4pm till the next day. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone called Kevin and he was absolutely useless nothing but apologies and no solution. Sent him pictures and videos of the dust was blanked . When told him the hot water went off he said it will be back on in 30 mins wasn’t on till the next day, lingered me on from 5pm till 8pm saying he’ll get back to me knowing very well he clocks off on shift at 8. Me and my mates ended up taking a cold shower which led us to be ill. If you think this is an exaggeration or me being dramatic no problem go ahead and confirm that non refundable booking . IF YOU CAN GET A REFUND OR IF YOURE SMART ENOUGH TO READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING DONT BOOK!

Smell of weed throughout the communal stairs and walk ways - the building resembles a mental asylum with white walls and pale blue doors on every walkway. the property felt very unsafe! The apartment was smaller than expected, and extremely grubby and tired, with scuffs covering all walls. The beds were extremely low - an elderly person would not be able to sleep here. No spare bedding for the sofa bed - and when requested we got charged the £52+ for a sofa bed set up. a set up that included a quilt and a pillow been thrown on the sofa - it didn't even pull out to a sofa bed. Advised on the first evening that there may be some disruption to the water the following day we were given some bottled water. No water from 8am! we couldn't use the toilets or showers, when I contacted the hosts we were notified that the disruption could be until Thursday! This was not acceptable - this work was obviously pre planned so they were aware of this. We were booked for 2 nights, we left by 10am after the first night. Photos make the apartment look lovely, but I am disappointed to say it was a horrendous stay and waste of money!

Everything was amazing, apartment was so modern,clean and secure and safe , we had the best weekend ever will definitely be recommending to others and coming back here, there’s a little shop right outside aswell which is so handy

Interior design

Overall extremely poor condition, may have been nice when it was new, but the place was not even up to basic standards i would expect from a cheap hotel. It needs some serious work, to give an idea of just some of the things wrong: - Many suspicious stains on wall behind upstairs bed - Upstairs bathroom sink peeling and chipped all over - Terrible smell in hallway - Bath not filling (broken drain I had to fix) - Dust with strangers fingerprints all over bathrooms - Gouges & scratches on every door - Fire alarm beeping when we arrived - Oily finger prints and other stains around light switches - Missing shower control handle - Bedside tabletops covered in dust and cup stains - Upstairs bedside light not working - Multiple large stains on the sofa - Paint chipped and gouges all up the stairs - Dust and hair all around the stairs - Stair lights broken - Most walls covered in scuffs, fingerprints and stains - 2 out of 3 balcony lights broken - Cobwebs all over windows (with spiders) - One of the ceiling lights broken - Marks and stains on the TV - Strings left tried to radiators from previous guests decorations - Balcony door handles very loose - Beds were terrible (felt very cheap) - Not enough towels - Parking is too far away and you have to walk through an absolute maze to get to the apartment - Upstairs bedroom was extremely hot when we first arrived, and despite turning the radiator off, it barely cooled down as there's no ventilation or window - Although we appreciated you giving us the late checkout, we actually left early as we couldn't stand being there any longer. - No conditioner in bottles
