The property is absolutely gorgeous, we loved the bath in the bedroom and all the features like tinted glass and remote for the curtains. Fabulous and upper class feeling.

The design decoration and aesthetic, very spacious and clean .good location for what we wanted to do during the day when going out

There was no door on the shower so water would flood onto the bathroom floor which we would have to mop up with towels and the plug in the bath tub kept letting the water out and wouldn’t fill up properly

My stay turned out to be extremely awful and disappointing. Although the apartment was decorated beautifully,the apartment lacked cleanliness, there was dust all over the island as well as upstairs on the bedside cabinet and when we tried to clean it there weren’t many amenities to clean it with such as anti bacterial spray however we tried to ignore this but it came to a point where there’s so much we can ignore. We found a heap of dirt, dust,hangers and someone’s toe nail which isn’t very pleasant at all considering the price paid we expected at least a clean apartment. The maintenance guy who was sent out was quite helpful and did take into consideration our concerns in regards to the cleanliness of the property and took a picture to address it with the JacksonHeim team however the host never acknowledge this or even bothered to communicate with us in regards to this. Be prepared to bring your own necessities and essentials regardless of what’s mentioned on the listing of this property as we ran out of bathroom essentials and when reaching out to ask for more toilet roll we were told by the customer service representative “Megan” we have used too much for our stay and they won’t be providing anymore considering the fact we had no kitchen roll and had to use both ,although it wasn’t stated anywhere that there’s a limit on the amenities within this property which usually isn’t the case with properties I’ve previously been at and if this was the case it would’ve been appreciated if it was stated somewhere on the rulings of the property. During this stay we had unwelcoming neighbours as they decided to put notices on our door, we would’ve appreciated a heads up from the hosts as they’ve clearly had issues like this before as stated on a previous review this was extremely uninviting.
