Samoa Business Apartments

Hospitality was awesome. Nathan was so easy to deal with and was able to meet our expectations. Thank you so much Nathan for the excellent service. Samoa needs more individuals like you!!!!!

at night, a lot of dogs barking at night after midnight, the soundproof effect is less than medium

Spacious with all the basics covered. Conveniently located next to Frankie’s supermarket and close to Apia.

Nicely tucked away but could do with some good signage as was difficult to find from main road.

Close to Apia town centre, large open space room, air con available, wifi available.

We had arrived just after 2pm for check-in. Wasn’t able to find a reception area. Rang the number on my booking and the owner Nathan had come by straight away. We were then greeted by a lady who stays nearby who I think owns the place too. We entered our room and it wasn’t ready. The single bed that was in the room had bed sheets that weren’t very clean. Had a bad odour on them. The big bed only had sheets as blankets and only 2 pillows. There were 4 of us. The bathroom had a bad smell, stained pee smell somewhere in there I had to scrub it just to get rid of the smell. Our first day we had no hot water. I had texted the owner to ask about it which he had mentioned the switch is in a small room near the kitchen that didn’t have a door knob so wasn’t able to get in til later when my partner had fixed it. We were only provided with 2 toilet paper for the 7 night stay. Lucky there was a supermarket out front. Kitchen had a lot of ants I had to buy a fly spray and more rubbish bags as I realised none of that was supplied. The tv didn’t work, Although it states there is tv, we tried fixing it but nothing work plus there was no remote for the tv. Also on our second night we had just arrived back to the accomodation and all had showers and then he power had shut off. We rang Nathan and he showed up straight away to fix it.

Noisy dogs in the neighbourhood would sometimes all start howling and barking in chorus for a minute or two but then settle down

There was something running around up in the roof that's all.

Location and facilities were very good. Nathan was responsive to queries and questions with quick turnaround. Fantastic living space with aircon and fan. It was close to town and eateries and Frankies right next door. Easy to catch bus and taxi from Lelata road. Would stay again.

Stairwell access particularly for taking suitcases up and down. Lots of dogs and hard to tell if friendly and most were. Noises from roof.. Maybe cats? Kitchen equipment sparse for 1 pax but Nathan was able to provide.
