Really friendly and helpful host, gave us a lift into town and was quick to attend when we needed him Nice spacious apartment Good air conditioning Nice balcony

Needed a few more things in the kitchen e.g more forks, more bowls etc and would be useful to have cleaning products

I have stayed here before and always my go too if it is available, easy access to everything and close to Apia centre.

Everything was top notch

Very handy central to everything in town

Location was fine, relatively central. Apartment was relatively spacious. Host was good in the beginning, lent us a microwave when we asked for one and was seemingly accommodating at the beginning of our stay. Air conditioning was also good. The noise from the neighbours and their dogs was loud but didn’t really bother us.

Place was not very clean (there was even a blood stain on the wall in the bathroom, food on the furniture, etc) There was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms which made that room uninhabitable due to the water coming through from the rain. Host overcharged us and there was a mix up with the bill (which was eventually resolved but was still time consuming) During our stay, we asked for another roll of toilet paper as we were only given one small roll for our week long stay (no other toiletries were provided) and we were told no, that we only get the one roll and we should go to the dairy and purchase another, which I found odd for a hotel.

2nd time staying here and always have the best service and especially handy to everything.

The owner waited for my arrival in the accommodation to handle the key. He has helped me to arrange local SIM card, drove me around to get an idea about the location. Help and and great personal approach.

Everything was fine. I do not have an idea what to make better. Simply very nice. Just at the end i have been missing the feedback if the key had been found in the doors as there was some call that it was not found there.
