When I arrived no one was in reception Terrible customer service the person in the reception overcharged me! Then was no hot water the receptionist told me in the evening will have hot water. Did not happened when I returned to my room they try to fix it over one hour no success. I asked if I can get another room they said no! Then the following morning they told me I can go to another room to have hot shower that room have been used was dirty and filthy people just left I said no thanks . Lastly I got some discount cause I had no hot water! Horrible place with incompetent people !

Quarto com linda vista e espaçoso, banheiro maravilhoso e atendimento excepcional.Precisávamos sair antes do café da manhã e adiantaram para que pudéssemos tomar um café antes de sair. Maravilhosos!

Mistico is a decent hotel, it's clean and on a quite location in the back of Machu Picchu. We had a spacious room, the bed was nice and big . My girlfriend was cold so we could use the heater and that was very nice. The paintings in the hotel a beautiful.

The curtains were too light. The street lights from across the river resulted in artificial light in our room. Luckily I brought a sleeping mask. Breakfast was too limited in my opinion, poor coffee quality. The room missed a spot to hang clothing, the closet just had one shelf with big blankets in them. No rack or bar, would make the closet more useful. The room was cold so we had to ask for a heater. The main entree and breakfast area have nice paintings every. But the room had no decorations at all. So it felt cold and looked cold too. And what is the eco referring to, no clue why it's eco?

Só havia um aquecedor para todo o hotel com quarto muito frio, em que a meio da noite a funcionária veio pedir o aquecedor para dar a outro cliente . As fotos dos quartos nada tem a ver com a realidade . Bit of a scam

Grande chambre et eau chaude c est rare ds le coin

Gostei muito do quarto. Oferece conforto que se precisa, sem luxo mas aconchegante. Gostamos muito do barulho do rio que passa como uma corredeira nos fundos do quarto. Sensacional!

A localização é um pouco cansativo pra quem leva muita bagagem pois fica no alto do morro. Nada que atrapalhe.

Mi habitación estaba del lado del Río y eso aisló todo el ruido de la calle, cómodo, la cama deliciosa y caliente, limpio.

Very cozy, sound of the river, be prepared that it's really loud, but I loved it more that a loud music for sure Very very friendly stuff

Hight humidity, everything was wet inside and its in the end of the street , you should go up everytime
