Nothing. They. Forgot to pick me up! I had to wait 2h for them to send someone!! It smells like boiled egg as it’s next to the thermal waters, it’s also a steep climb up, so wouldn’t recommend it for people with knee injury or old people, the room is always wet and with mosquitoes as it’s right next to the river. There is no extractor in the bathroom. The breakfast is basic. The bathroom lacked soap or shower gel. I asked for it and only got shower gel. The staff is not trained. They have no clue what it means HOSPITALITY. They said several times they are not here to serve people but they want money from it.

I was ill of my stomach and I requested water. The guy asked me if i was alone, he insisted in inviting me for a shot when i kept telling him i was ill and all i needed was water. He said they were celebrating and the receptionist was at his house and he was out. At the end, I asked the lady to give me 10 min more cause I’ve been in the toilet with diarrhoea n needed to pack n she literally KICKED ME OUT. She took my property out the room damaging it. I told her about the inappropriate behaviour of the guy and she went crazy not believing me even and refusing seeing the texts on my phone. They threaten me n called me many names. They said they dont care if im ill. One of them tried to point a lamp saying ive broken it so I looked her in the eye n told her ‘you know that was like that’. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They think they have a 5* hotel. In Asia, people would have come with medicines n food when u get food poisoning but here they kick u out.

Queda al lado del río y el sonido (si no te molesta) es muy relajante. El personal bien amable La pieza que nos tocó era bastante amplia El lugar queda cerca a todos los restaurantes y lugares para tomar cafecitos

Es MUY húmedo y tiene mala ventilación. La pieza y el baño están llenos de moho. El olor incluso puede ser un poco fuerte si se deja la ventana cerrada. Creo que le falta un poco de limpieza La cama muy dura, hubiese sido agradable llegar a un lugar para dormir que permitiera descansar bien (hablando de la cama)

En arrivant à l’hotel, on nous a demandé 20$ de plus sur une réservation à 39$. Inadmissible ! Nous avons refusé et nous avons du chercher un nouvel hébergement à la dernière minute !!!

Great location next to the river with a balcony. I prefer the sound of the river to loud music, so it was a bonus for me. Hot drinks available 24 hrs and breakfast bag if your going to Machu Pichu early.

The location

The river is soooo loud! It was hard to have that sound in our ears all the time, even with closed doors and windows.

The beds were comfortable, Room was spacious, Bathroom was a good size, Had a balcony that overlooked the river, Staff were very friendly

There is a light on the other side of the river that is very bright and the curtains don't do a great job of blocking it out, Due to the river it can be quite humid, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom so don't leave anything in the bathroom to dry. There aren't any coat hooks in the room so everything is left on the chair or the table.
