I don’t like the property at all and the picture shows on the booking .com and not at all matching with actual building

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Tbilisi! I had a wonderful experience staying in this cozy one-bedroom apartment right in the center of Tbilisi. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from shops, cafes, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area felt warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place to solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet and comfortable spot in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked my hotel booking for 2 rooms but unfortunately on the same day in morning hotel representatives told me that they dont have 2 rooms accommodation. If I need 1 room they can arrange it. The cost was GEL 295 for 2 rooms and hotel charge me GEL 260 for 1 room that was not fair. They told me same day in morning hotel representatives for this price and it was too late for me to take any other decision.

There is no water without water its not worth staying as that's the basic requirement for any stay almost every day this was the problem the hotel has to have a backup for the guest in such situations no house keeping
