A cozy hotel with excellent staff and great food. The all-inclusive package has a good variety of different alcoholic drinks and cocktails, as well as three meals throughout the day, each one having a great selection of well made dishes. The animation program, especially the evening shows are also perfect for ending the day. And lovely cats all around, asking to be petted and pampered! :)

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Ich würde mich zwar nicht als den typischen Pauschal-Touristen bezeichnen, aber wer abends bissl Stimmung am Pool, AI-Versorgung und die Massageliege auf der Wiese im Spa-Zelt mag kommt hier sicher auf seine günstigen Kosten. Und wer das nicht braucht, sucht sich halt was anderes. Dafür bieten die Insel und das nahegelegene Heraklion ja genug. Das Essen was völlig ok, von allem genug und abwechslungsreich vorhanden. Sterneküche sucht man hier vergebens, aber wer das braucht bucht sicher ein anderes Hotel. Was ich positiv bemerken möchte ist die Verwertungspolitik der Küche. Da hat sich manches übrig gebliebene aus den Auslagen vom Mittag z..B. abends in anderer Form wieder gefunden und muss so nicht verworfen werden. Das finde ich bei den dort verarbeiteten Mengen an Lebensmitteln echt lobenswert! Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufgeschlossen und serviceorientiert. Der Pool hat meinem Freund gefallen. Das Wasser war sauber. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war super, die Damen sehr aufmerksam! Das Hotel war sehr familienfreundlich.

Die Duscharmaturen sind überholungswürdig. Auch die Fensterdichtungen könnten Erneuerung gebrauchen. Ich finde, es braucht auch nicht unbedingt jeden Abend Animation unterm Fenster am Pool... von den 6 Nächten hätte ich auch mal ein oder zwei ruhige Abende genossen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Dafür haben sie dann zumeist gegen 23 Uhr Ruhe einkehren lassen.

Our stay at the hotel left a very positive impression. The environment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The rooms were well-maintained and suitable both for rest and light work. We especially appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who contributed to a pleasant overall atmosphere.

There were quite a lot of French tourists, so the staff tended to communicate mostly in French, which may be less convenient for guests who do not speak the language. While the hotel is small and cozy, it is also fairly simple in terms of facilities. Additionally, the food selection could be more diverse and changed more frequently.

The bar staff and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing very helpful
