Wild Orchid- Lan Home

The room was clean. We arrived late but they made a delicious dinner for us. The breakfast was also very good.

Opposite of the homestay is a party homestay. It's really loud till 10 pm. Our room was in front of the lounge area so it was also a little bit loud in the morning.

The beds were comfortable, the room very cozy. And staff was very frendly.

As in most accommodations in Vietnam, the shower and toilet are in one room without any kind of separation, so it's wet everywhere.

Perfect stay in Du Gia. Very friendly host Lan who runs a great Homestay and speaks great English. Room was very comfortable with great views. We ate dinner with the family and other guests. breakfast was also very good with multiple options. Granola bowl with lots of fresh fruit! We loved her pet goat ‘curry’ and dog ‘Bob’. Not a stay for tour groups which is nice.

Our favorite homestay on the loop! We chose Lan's after reading many many reviews of other places in the area and it was even better than expected. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were super comfy, and the sheets really soft. No big easy rider groups stay here so it's nice and quiet. You can hear them from the homestay next door but I guess they're everywhere in Du Già. But the best part of our stay was Lan. She speaks really good English and is amazing to talk to. She is super welcoming and always smiling. We definitely recommend staying here.

The heater in our room was much appreciated after a cold day on the loop (did if in Dec)! Water in the shower heated up quickly. Loved the view from the balcony. The family dinner was fantastic - a great mix of meat and vegetable dishes and Lan's spring rolls are the BEST. Lan's homestay was easy to find and get to. Lan was lovely to chat with and we loved meeting and hearing about Curry (her pet goat). The breakfast muesli pot was a very welcome change from all the pancakes on the loop - and came with so much fruit! Bedroom was comfortable and wifi was super quick. I was able to do a zoom call, crazy that somewhere so remote has such great internet.

The power went out in town briefly, which actually made for a nice peaceful night without karaoke for awhile. While Lan doesn't do karaoke, there are guesthouses nearby that do but they all wind down by 10p?
