Like A Cute Overpriced Dorm Room
I booked this for a client and immediately after booking my client said he no longer needed the room. I immediately called Expedia, who called the hotel, and they refused to cancel the booking. When I asked if we could change it to the following evening, the woman I spoke with hung up on me.
USUSThe pillows were dirty had no pillow case when I checked in. There were cigarettes holes in the comforter, requested for it to be change and the house keeper only change the sheets. The staff was on the overnight shift and had a nasty attitude towards us when we tried to explain the situation. When I checked out she didn’t gave me an invoice or receipt for checking out. The passage was loud music coming from other room. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend or go back to that place.
