Hotel Fuego Bronx BRAND NEW

Room was very clean, building was quiet and the bus is literally the metro north and ither public transportation is walking distance. I would definitely stay again

Throughout our stay an alarm in one room went off the entire first night keeping us up. The third night someone kept pulling thw fire alarm due to a dispute with the hotel. Walls are very thin. Tv doesnt work well. Accessible bathroom was nice, but the button for ground floor elevator does not work. Works can be fairly short and unwelcoming at times.

It was soothing air conditioning. Little to none food places

They lied about the parking availability. There’s no garage and the streets are narrow. Difficult to find a parking space. I wouldn’t recommend it👎👎👎

I booked this hotel through booking.com for my brother was coming in from the UK. 2 days prior to his arrival, i called the facility and spoke with an attendant called Lily about how even though the reservation was in my name it was my different person lodging. She said all they will need for the lodger was to show my id which could be a soft copy. On my brothers arrival, after a hurdle about reservation name and a pbone call from me they finally agree to check him in. He pays 730 dollars in cash then for 4 nights was given a key to his room. Upon entering it was a dirty room with dirty pillows and you could tell the room had not be cleaned after the last user. (Mind you they rent hourly for people who want to do quick stuff) he rejected the room and asked for a refund which they refused less than 15 minutes after making payment in cash. They were so rude. I, called booking.com to make a compliant. They said the facility isnt picking up their phone calls. That is how my brother lost 730 dollars to this facility without spending a night.

It needs parking

Is not clean and you not sleeping too much noise in that hotel the people smoking too much
