The room and common areas were spotless, lots of lovely finishing touches. 5 minute walk to a bus stop and a 10 minute journey into the city for £2. Parking at the side of the hotel and it felt very safe. Reception by Liesbeth was great, especially the communication before and during the stay. Breakfast was simple, fresh fruits cereals and yoghurts etc which was perfect for us.

A beautiful Victorian residence, very carefully renovated to retain a sense of the grandeur and gracious living of the past. With 7 spacious en-suite bed rooms, large windows, high ceilings and original period features the whole house is welcoming and filled with light. The owner Karl has tastefully restored and styled each room individually to suit contemporary living standards. Comfort, cleanliness and exemplary hosting by owner Karl ensured all guests enjoyed the warmest of welcomes and his every attention. The property is very well positioned with parking and easy access by bus and train into Liverpool City. Breakfast in the lovely front room dining room was simply a delight, healthy fruit juices, cereals and excellent selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts and delicious coffee and teas were the perfect set up to the day. Highly recommended.
