This house is stunning and immaculate Karl us a fabulous host Can’t recommend enough

Breakfast was reasonable just lacked cold meat and cheese. Toast would be nice option. Willing to pay extra fee for this Karl made us very welcome and nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive.

We liked the style an cleanliness of the whole building. Only one thing, due to hot weather we could have made use of a fan in room.

Good for catching the bus into Liverpool and a nice park nearby as well. Carl, the owner, was a fabulous host and his restoration of this building is remarkable. Breakfast was serve yourself with all cereals, fresh fruits, milk, tea, coffee supplied and very adequate. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with ensuite.

The road out the front is very busy and quite noisy but only affects the front bedroom. Not many choices for food nearby and although the place has a communal kitchen there is no stove, there is a microwave though.

was very cosy and felt like a little home. had everything we needed so could pack light. very clean and well presented. host was amazing and very helpful made us feel welcomed.

A range of fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt available, and hot and cold beverages in good suplly and top quality.

Very clean and well appointed with convenient parking. Karl was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, made to feel welcome. A one point we got lost walking back from Anfield so we called the hotel for help and the manager came looking for us. Sometimes It’s the little things that make you feel valued.

Only one very small point was the breakfast, would of liked something cooked.

breakfast is central and fruit so we needed to go out for our beloved fry up. between £10 and £15 for a taxi into town there is a bus available but not our thing.
