Not having to spend ages de-misting the mirror before shaving after my shower! A very pleasant change from normal experience 🙂 Very friendly welcome from Karl and helpful information from him Really well set out and decorated room Lovely fresh fruit for breakfast Quiet neighbourhood with park and bus routes very close at hand

It was incredibly clean and comfortable.the staff are so lovely and welcoming.Id highly recommend staying here.

The property was slightly hard to find.

the amazing customer service feom start to finish. Nothing was too much for Karl. This property boasts a air of elegance , and perfection. The rooms are extremely comfortable with nice little touches throughout. Breakfast time was no different. it is a continental breakfast with vast choices of fruit, waffles, Yougerts Cereal, and tea and coffee. if I was to stay in Liverpool I would most definitely stay here

Beautiful Victorian house expertly and tastefully renovated. Immaculately clean.

The property has been very tastefully upgraded, retaining the period features, it is very clean, convenient for sightseeing and very close to the new concert venue Salt and Tar, which we were there for. Lovely stay, will use it again if coming to Liverpool.

There is nothing not to like, if I had one comment it is there is no cooked breakfast, the alternative cold choice is good. I do not know if is was a temporary or planned but that is the only thing missing.

It was lovely, clean and comfy room. Large and comfy bed. Ensuite bathroom very clean, with lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was also great and delicious. There is also small kitchen available, with crockery and fridge if you need to store anything. Karl is very helpful and friendly host.
