Clean beautifully decorated lovely host Comfortable Good location for anfield

Not clear on booking what rooms have tea/coffee making facilities which we didn’t have although there is a communal kitchen available with tea coffee etc provided Website says free parking but this is actually on a public road where anyone can park Very basic breakfast of cereal fruit and yogurt which was fresh and nice but again not clear on the website and not to everyone tastes there is a microwave available but unless you know how do can you bring extras

Beautiful bed & breakfast. Lovely decor. Immaculately clean. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Shower was really nice. Karl was such a good host really friendly & welcoming, very helpfull. Will definately return in future if we go to stay at Liverpool.

The only thing that could have improved it would have maybe been some pastries & maybe a toaster to make toast for breakfast however it was described in the description what there was for breakfast so this isnt a complaint just a suggestion & the coffee from the coffee machine was really nice, the cereal was definately nice & fresh its just i personally prefer to have something savoury aswell like toast.

Very attentive. great scenery. and social commute wasn't far away we enjoyed our stay here and if we needed anything Karl was always there to help next time we stay in Liverpool we will love to stay again.

Our 2nd stay at Karl’s guest house and yet again it did not disappoint. Fantastic host with a ton of helpful tips and suggestions for nearby things to do/places to visit, Karl cannot do enough for you. A truly beautiful property, immaculate, comfortable rooms & ideally located just a short 10-15min outside of Liverpool centre. We have already rebooked for next year, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Karl!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it.Breakfast was very lovely with lots to choose from. Location is great as the center is a short bus ride away. Karl is a fantastic host, looks after the guests very well. I highly recommend and will be returning when we next visit Liverpool.
