I only like the location

Upon arrival at the lobby, the first thing we noticed was an unpleasant smell. It would be good if the hotel could improve this. We also faced an issue when trying to enter our room, as the door could not be opened. We had to call the staff to assist us using their access card, and later contact the receptionist again to have the issue fixed. Once inside, we found the room to be quite cramped and not very spacious. Only one pillow was provided per bed, which was insufficient. The toilet was also not clean. Additionally, the hotel did not provide an iron at all, which was quite surprising as this is a basic amenity usually available in most hotels. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Although it was stated to start at 7:00 AM, the buffet was not fully ready at that time. Food options were limited, and we had to wait for staff to gradually bring out more items. Furthermore, the utensils, glasses, and plates appeared dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Even the toaster looked unclean. The food selection was limited and did not meet expectations.

I booked a hotel through Booking.com, but the hotel later denied my reservation. I did not receive any cancellation or notification email on my Gmail account — only a text message. However, the amount was still debited from my account.
