So clean, stylish nice treat of Chorley cakes on arrival and some welcome milk!

I didn't realise the little black box on the table in the living room was the thermostat and was a bit chilly until I asked the host where it was. Dishwasher was broken but not needed.

Beautiful house on a quiet street. Absolutely stunning inside the decor was very tastefully done. Little extra touches of milk beverages and even a box of chocolates very much appreciated. The host are so helpful and easy too get in touch with. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in.

Easy access to property. Regular communication from the owner who was incredibly polite and helpful! The WiFi was free and quick to use (also needed as signal in the area wasn’t great) The property was really well decorated and we didn’t struggle to park our cars either. Only issue we had is that the sat nav didn’t like the postcode so if you’re travelling and using sat nav, make sure you use the first line of the address instead!

Being really picky, the only thing we would add is more mugs and glasses to comfortably suit 6 people staying. Everything else was outstanding and a great stay all in. Thank you!

This was an entirely wonderful experience. The host was friendly, responsive and most accommodating to our needs. The house was absolutely spotless and furnished beautifully with lovely, high quality furnishings. The beds and the 'single' sofa beds were more like 3/4 - very spacious and all were very comfortable. Everything in the house is beautifully appointed with many thoughtful extras. The hosts, so kindly, left us some milk and tea and coffee which was a godsend after our long journey and lovely high quality handwash etc . Its location makes it perfect to access walks in the area as well as the many features in the area. Loads of space: there is a cosy and welcoming front room with a couch, chair, writing desk and television and behind that is a larger lounge area with two sofas (converting to 'single' beds), a table and another television. Though parking was on the road, we never struggled to find a space outside the house, though we had to come and go, running errands, many times. We came for a wedding and it was perfect. We would definitely try to use this again and my only fear in leaving this lovely review is that it won't be available!

Beautifully furnished & equipped house.

Oven a little tricky to use (built in meat thermometer initially caused us issues). Difficult to dry rain soaked clothing.
