Everything is very nice. The place is comfortable and peaceful. Good value for the money. Staff are friendly.

It about half an hrs from the centre it our fault cause we didn’t check the location properly.

La ubicación el booking figura mal y el hotel no se hizo cargo del error. Ocurrió que el enlace de booking nos llevó a un lugar erróneo, asi que tuvimos que pagar el taxi a este lugar y desde ahí al hotel, costándonos mucho más. El taxista y nosotros explicamos la situación en el hotel, pasamos un largo rato de estrés intentando que asuman la responsabilidad de su error al poner mal el enlace en booking, luego de tiempo conseguimos que reconozcan que fue su error pero no tuvimos compensación alguna. El desayuno tampoco era bueno, no había opciones para quienes no queríamos tanta comida local, y la comida no lucía fresca

The hotel is wonderful and beautiful, and it can offer a very peaceful stay. The pool is really nice—big, clean, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy it. The breakfast is pretty decent as well. They offer so many options that it feels more like a full lunch or dinner rather than just breakfast. So far, it’s the best breakfast I’ve had on this island compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are really friendly and try very hard to help and make sure you have a good stay. There’s no gym, but there are some outdoor exercise devices in the garden that you can use if you want to work out. The place would be absolute heaven if they invested a bit more into it. The rooms are nice, but they would be even better with a little renovation. There aren’t many people staying here, which is actually great if you’re looking for a calm, quiet, and secluded atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place—as long as the location isn’t important to you.

LOCATION! It’s in the middle of nowhere. You walk out of the hotel gates and there’s nothing—no people, no shops, no life. If you rent a car or bike, you’re all set, but if not… well, R.I.P. Even with transport, it still feels a bit uncomfortable having nothing around you. Within about ~2 km there are only a few places, like a small shop or a café. It’s also hard to find Grab bikes, and the hotel itself isn’t registered on Grab, which is annoying. But it’s not extremely far from nice areas as long as you know you’ll always have a car or bike available when you need it. Maybe it would have made sense for the hotel to set up a small convenience shop inside, selling basic necessities for guests. It gives the impression that the hotel was once much livelier and offered a lot more, but now it feels like they’re slowly retiring—either lacking the energy or the desire to maintain the same level of service. This is just an assumption. And yes, there are bugs and geckos, but it wouldn’t be fair to blame the hotel—this island is basically the homeland of these creatures, and you’ll see them everywhere.
