SGBreakfast is terrible, sheets are dirty and super low quality, pillows are terrible, bathroom is terrible with half broken shower, cockroaches in the bathroom every day, location is bad, towels are dirty, mattress is uncomfortable. We were the only people staying there. Avoid

NLThe resort and the cottages have so much potential, it's really a shame. The pool is absolutely lovely. The cottages are around the pool, but they are very basic and lack warmth. The family running the resort is incredibly kind, especially towards our children, and we really appreciate their hospitality. The villas were clean, and there were no issues with pests. Shampoo and soap were provided, which was great. Overall, this place could be amazing with some improvements.
We booked a villa with 2 bedrooms and a living room, but when we arrived, there wasn’t even a sofa in the living room. This became quite an issue, especially with two small children who wake up very early. The buffet breakfast was unfortunately not enjoyable, with fried eggs sitting on a plate for hours. However, we were served à la carte breakfast one morning, which was much tastier and more hygienic. I also never encountered such hard mattresses before! To be honest, when we first arrived, we almost considered leaving, but in the end, we managed to enjoy our stay. We did see other families leave right after check-in. Also, a rather unpleasant experience occurred when the young man at the reception blowed his nose into his hand and then wiped it on a parasol. That definitely didn't contribute to a sense of cleanliness.
