"Looting.... No value to customers"

Location was close to office

Payment related issues. Asked to settle payment on a daily basis or during checkin for whole of the duration. Even after paying extra for early checkin, they charged extra for one day as i have to checkout one day earlier which is totally not acceptable. Not a good pakce to be with your family. Room cleaning, toiletaries, towel changing not happening on a daily basis un less other wise specifically requested.
