Booked family double room. Paid extra for that. But was denied the room on arrival. Was given standard room. Was asking additional 500 per night for family double room that we had booked.

Location and udupi hotel downstairs

Even basic amenities are missing - no fan, bedsheets were dirty, bathroom pipes were leaking, and there were cockroaches in the rooms. Totally unclean and not worth the money. The name of the hotel is misleading and is confused with the actual Udupi park. Not recommended at all
