Absolutely everything, the host is excellent, great communication from start to finish, very attentive, nothing too much trouble. The guest house was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, able to order the night before. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

The hosts were amazing and so friendly, went above and beyond and cannot recommend enough. Our rooms were spotless and had lots of personal touches added. The breakfast was fantastic and even went the extra mile to make sure my daughters allergies were accommodated for. Would highly recommend and would book again.

We stayed here because we went to a concert at The Piece Hall in Halifax. This lovely guest house has a stunning location by the river, it's a beautiful old building and beautifully decorated .The hosts were fantastic and so was the breakfast.They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Not able to use the shower, as it was over the bath, I am limited by my mobility

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for Trevor. Breakfast was lovely - a wide choice from cereal to full english! Beautiful location. Comfy and clean beds.

The hosts were so friendly, helpful & made us feel very welcome. The communication before our visit was a bonus. They gave us clear directions, told us where to park & made recommendations for our evening meal (& booked our reservation for us). Would definitely recommend.
