Clean, easy to access

Location, some basic things were missing like a full length mirror, tv remote. Wifi speed was also pretty bad

Great location, access to centre and good local families. Comfortable sofa and beds. Good bathroom and kitchen. Small balcony but nice to have open and for one or two to sit put. Lovely light bright airy feel overlooking park

For 5 adults an extra comfy chair would have been nice. Few extras like bath mat, hand towels and tea towels would have given an extra star. Table dod mot open fully or perhaps we could not figure it out but ok for 5.

Very good location. Easy to find, easy to walk to many places. Good view of the park from the window. Pretty apartment. Complete cutlery in the kitchen with pots and pans. Dishwasher worked excellently. Very comfortable beds.

1. NO dryer, but there is a washing machine on the ground floor. NO washing machine and NO dryer inside the apartment. We were given drying rack to hang our washed clothes. It took VERY LONG for our clothes to dry! It was not convenient at all. 2. Apartment on 3rd floor without an elevator. It's not a problem going up and down, but bringing up luggage can be a bit challenging. 3. Very slow WIFI. It's not efficient if you rely on the apartment Wifi to do work. 4. For 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people, there is only 1 mirror inside the bathroom. For convenience, at least put 1 mirror in the bedroom or in the living room. 5. The bathroom's drain was clogged/blocked when we arrived. So, the bathroom's shower corner was flooded. We had to wait till the next morning for the maintenance to come and resolve the issue. 6. Hot water pressure was VERY minimum, so there was tiny warm water, and bathing took long, unfortunately.

The apartment was light, spacious, clean and pleasant to be in. Short walk from central Oslo.

In order to get access to the apartment, we had to verify identity and pay a deposit on a completely different portal (not booking.com). Although we were 4 individuals, the beds were made up for couples, and there were no extra sheets to make use of the unmade beds in the apartment.

This place is amazing! Very bright, airy and a great homely feeling (far better than a hotel for a family) as well as being very well equipped. Great location for parks, groceries, bars and cafes. Above all, the customer service was truly five star and while being remote and not on the property, any questions we had were promptly and professionally answered. The on site housekeeper was also friendly, polite and very helpful. Overall: - great for a family (we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers), - great location (20 minutes walk to the central station and lots of grocery shops, bars, cafes in easy walking distance) - Great look and feel to the apartment - Very well equipped - Amazing customer service Would thoroughly recommend!

Nothing to dislike

We had to pay an extra for baby cot and high chair, but they forgot to prepare them and refused to refund. After, we got the instructions and went to the warehouse to pick up the things by ourselves. Very poor solution.

more towels would have been great

Lovely big apartment with a good outlook and very comfortable beds. In a good area for eating out and getting around the city by tram or bus. It was well equipped and the staff friendly & very helpful in making up for deficiencies. I would defininitely stay there again.

Although said to be on 1st floor the apartment was actually on second floor, so 4 flights of stairs with heavy baggage & small child. Not ideal for the elderly or disabled. Third bedroom bed was unmade. Some crockery, cutlery & glasses in cupboards had clearly not been washed. No dishcloth and the teatowel was not clean. Easily sorted.
