"Great new place with some issues"

Location was perfect and the apartment was new and very nice. Free late check out was provided after all the issues listed below. Issues mostly seem like growing pains that can be fixed, as the entire building is still in the process of being finished.

Check in did not go smoothly - first the code did not work and had to call to get a new code. Then one of the bedrooms was not made up (had dirty sheets etc) when we got in, so we had to swap out the linen ourselves. Lately the shower was clogged and would not drain, the cleaners did come up to fix it however.
