Well equipped kitchen, good facilities in general. Excellent location right on seafront and 5 mins walk from centre and Metro. Didn't have any problems parking though it might be harder in high season.

Shower screen leaks badly. Needs urgent replacement

Access to seafront and a short walk into Tynemouth village. Decorated for the festive season was a nice touch.

A working fireplace would have been nice but I get the liability issue if children are staying at the property.

It was convenient, fantastic views and comfortable.

The only slight wobble was opening the key box on arrival. It was quite stiff and I found it really hard to open.
