The location is very close to the city center.

In the mornings, the church bells are a bit loud, so if you like to sleep late, it might disturb you. The house was also lacking in cleanliness. It's time to change the bedding

I’ve got the worst impression of this apartment. First of all, this apartment was not prepared for us. Nobody cleaned this flat after previous guests (see photos). The host answered me only after 5-6 calls and he suggested me to move in another apartments (he has 8 flats in Ålesund). The new apartment was also not prepared for guests:a lot of dust, mold in coffee machine and lock in bathroom was knocked out. Moreover the new flat was cheaper than the first one. The host answered me very rarely and said nothing about compensation. I wrote a complaint to the support service and waiting for their response now. A little bit about the host: he sends plenty of automatic messages with side offers like transfer, excursions, recommendations and other. I got a lot of useless information in our chat which is very annoying. Finally, I forgot my caps in the flat and wrote him about that. I got answer that nobody from cleaning stuff saw my caps, which means that they simply stoled or throw my cap.

The host is very accomodating and gave a full hand assistance if needed help😊

The bed linen kept for us were slightly wet . The cleanliness of the house was not up to mark

The appartment is ok but the room separating the two appartments was smelly and not clean, the towel and the duvet were humid, some light bulbs didn't work and there was à lot of dust between the sofa and the window.
