Near Brosundet, Newly Refurnished, Free Street Parking

The decor is beautiful and apartment is modern. TV is large, couch comfortable. Apartment was a delight after being nervous as building seems run down upon approach and entry. Location is excellent and host was communicative about check in, local favorite businesses/activities which was appreciated.

Shower leaked under glass and needed to clean up afterward. Bed linens were very wrinkled. Only had pillowcase for one pillow. Had daughter with me and had to use another sheet to cover second pillow. Towels were rough. Dust on furniture so not very clean. Said could use washer but it was always busy and likely didn't have detergent to use. No hand towels in bathroom just shower towels that were minimal. By just dusting more, having crisp sheets and good towels the place would be great. The shower leaking situation really needs to be addressed. Didn't see kitchen towels out either. I didn't use kitchen so not a big deal for me for this stay- just needed place to sleep for 1 night.

Great location, only 10 minutes walking (maximum) to main streets. Flat was lovely, with almost everything you'd need to stay for a longer weekend or maybe even 1 week (bar washing machine/tumble drier, which is a shame). Nicely decorated in a kind of "noir style". Wet room was spacious and shower pressure great!

Flat was a bit dusty in places (not a deal breaker) but may because of black decoration. If you miss a spot it becomes very evident. Also, retractable glass partitions around the shower in wet room are very clever but they don't go all the way down the floor. This means the water will go all around the floor. Maybe a long handle bathroom squeegee would help drain the water and a mat to dry feet before stepping out of wet room, would be helpful? No drawers / hangers to store clothes. If space around the corner in the bedroom became a wardrobe, would be very helpful.

Overall it was a good stay and we were in the centre of town so just a very short walk to everything.The owner was full of information to give me and was kindly received.

It wouldn't put me off staying however the place could do with a good dust and also the washing machine and dishwasher were in use when we arrived which the owner did mention but if i wanted to cook or use the machine it was getting late.In mu opinion the room needs to be ready for the next guest.

The apartment is big and the owner gave precise instructions for check in and other tips. The location is great, and you can walk around the city center easily.

Cleaning of bathroom and kitchen can be improved. Small and simple improvements to the kitchen could make a big difference, for example paper towels, sugar, something to clean the table/counter ecc. Similarly, a small bedside table or shelf or anything next to the bed would be great. Parking is free in the street but not many spaces available!

Never got to see it. Wrong key had been left and we could not get in to the booked accommodation. The key opened, in desperation we tried other doors, a studio room. This smelt of cooking oil - the bathroom was not cleaned properly and was totally unsuitable for us. We tried by message and telephone to contact the owner leaving messages which were not answered. After two + hours and two telephone calls to Booking.com I found a suitable place for the night. In the studio room the bedding was non ironed and creased. Not a welcome sight but we would not stay there. I am in the process of seeking a full refund and compensation for the difference in price I have incurred. If we had been able to gain access I would hope the standard of cleaning and presentation would have been to a higher standard. Not happy
