"Nice apartment practically downtown, needs improvements on the cleaning."

Very good location, just a few minutes to downtown walking. Well decorated, good TV, decently equipped kitchen, easy check-in and check-out. Beds were very comfortable. Free parking. Excellent proactive recommendations from the host, giving tips on restaurants and places to visit.

Not super clean (water stains in the shower, toothpaste markings on the mirror, light mud stains on the floor). Surprising, as there are apparently cleaning staff coming between rentals. Dishwasher was still full (clean) when we arrived, preventing us from using it immediately. As it's street parking (and only one side), finding a parking spot can be challenging and not necessarily close.
