My toilet had a stain. The second thing I did not like the guy racially profiled my fiance and told us that us people lie all the time after I left directions. In the case notes that he will be arriving little later coming 3 hours away. Then today I see a charge of $35 and that man told me in which I was recording everything. They charged me for a stain on the comfort which it was eyeliner. All I wear is eyeliner. That's it eyeliner that is washable that is normal. It was not any ink stain or anything. I can't believe you guys charged me $35 for that never in my life. I ever got treated like that for him to say you people always lie after I paid for my room. Then when I complain I get a $35 charge for makeup. I told him I want to see whatever stain that they're charging me for but yet outside my room. There was always trash out of there until I left that Sunday on the 5th. On top of that they closed the breakfast before 15 minutes before breakfast was closed. Other people had to let us in. Plus they had the firemen there that night woke us up. Didn't tell us anything then went to bed by 3:34. Had to be out by 10:00. Went down to breakfast about about 8:45 doors were locked. No one's really at the desk but I get charged $35. How dare you charge me $35 for something normal? Something normal? All I wear is eyeliner and you charge me to wash to treat a eyeliner stain and which that is washable. You couldn't even contacted me after I contact you and left a review and booking.com's been trying to contact you and you will not communicate. I'm going to a county attorney general and you guys are wrong

Emergency alarm went off for 30 minutes at 2:30 am and staff couldn’t give a reason what was happening.

Had a strange experience during my stay as a fire alarm went off as 2:00am and persisted for nearly an hour. While this is not the hotel’s fault, the entire situation was handled poorly, with staff not notifying guests of what happened. It’s jarring in this day and age to have an emergency alarm detonate and not immediately be alerted to what happened, having to venture down to the lobby in the middle of the night to see if evacuation was needed.

No shampoo available in the whole hotel. No luggage racks. No microwaves. No clocks. Elevators were not working, We had to use the service elevator and the area was not clean. The staff was hard to understand because their English so bad. Buffett only had scrambled eggs no meat. The waffle batter was leaking. A disaster of a hotel.

Room and clean

Front desk was very rude. And wedding party that stayed was loud and intoxicated... elevator broken and had to take stairs multiple trips

Rooms are nice! Elevator was down. We had to use the maintenance elevator. Didn’t have small bathing towels to give out extra.

Non chalant about cleaning the room even after requesting for it. The room still wasn’t cleaned.

Cold showers, sketchy hallways, rude employees, ac not working properly in room, toilet running all day/night long, elevator not working (which apparently hasnt been working for quite some time)
