I booked the room weeks in advanced for a trip to the cities, then showed after 8:30 pm when check in was 3 pm only to be told that we had to wait for a room. The front desk worker refused to tell us why we had to wait when we had a reservation set up and continually told us to wait 5 more minutes. After asking again about the reason for delay they admitted no room was ready due to overbooking. After another 10 minutes we were fed up and got ready to leave when they started saying a room was almost ready and to check in. But then the front desk worker insisted I needed to pay a $100 deposit after an extensive wait and being delayed/dismissed multiple times by the front desk saying it would only be 5 more minutes. The fact that I had to do a $100 deposit when my card was already on file after dealing with the awful customer service ruined the night and we took off not wanting to stay in a hotel that could not be ready for their guest after they book in advance. I was then denied a refund even though I did not spend the night and had terrible customer service. Would not recommend booking here.

We were informed the elevator was not working. We asked for a room on the first or second floor and were told none were available. Your room was on the 8th floor, which the elevator was able to take us to. In the morning, the elevator was not working and my wife and I had to walk 8 floors with our luggage. Not happy! Would never stay there again!!!!!!!!!

AFTER check in, we were informed that the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage, heavy items by the way, up the stairs to the first floor and then back to the elevator. Extremely long walk from the stairs to the elevator. Then the 2nd day we had to totally walk up and down a total of 4 flights of stairs with the things that we bought that day and the next day. For 4 days and 3 nights we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs with a pregnant fiancée thats due in November. The weekend of stress caused my fiancée so much knee pain that she had to use a knee brace. Nightmare of a stay. The comfort and cleanliness were great, but the overall experience was terrible.

I had heard from family who was already there, that the elevator was broken. So I called and and asked that if it was still broken at my check-in time, is like a first second floor as I have a bad foot and my brother has a bad heart. They said absolutely! But then at check in, I was not given a first floor 😢 😡 we argued a little back and forth and they handed me a bag, with two bottles of water and a bag of popcorn. i told them if I can't get the first floor, cancel my reservations. They said... Okay- you go now... And I did. I stayed in whole other hotel
