The location is very central; the room is large with high ceiling and has kept some of the charming features of an old palazzo.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and the mould around the bathtub was off putting. The street is unfortunately noisy until around midnight and you can hear it despite the double glazing windows. It gets much quieter after that though.

Ubicación excelente, la cama era cómoda y el living agradable. La calle donde esta ubicado el apartamento esta en el puro centro histórico de Palermo, todo esta a unos 10-15 min a pie de distancia. La calle en el dia es bastante animada, pero en la noche no hay ruido, y se duerme bien.

Nichts

Ich war früher bereits Gast dort, das war alles ok. Dieses Mal wurde meine Buchung bestätigt und ich habe angefragt, ob ich mein Gepäck eine Stunde früher abgeben könne -keine Antwort. Vor Ort habe ich geklingelt-keine Antwort. Angerufen - keine Antwort. Zum checkin Zeitpunkt dann die Nachricht: das Zimmer sei nicht frei. Es habe Probleme mit dem Buchungssystem gegeben. Auf meinen Anruf-wieder keine Annahme des Telefonats. Ich konnte die Buchung meinerseits nicht stornieren. Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer gesucht. Mich hat das an meinem letzten Urlaubstag ein paar kostbare Stunden gekostet und ich bin extrem sauer. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!
