Damson Drive- Boutique Home

The kitchen was not really equipped for 4 adults, we had to request extra cutlery, there were only 3 forks. There was only 2 small pans, no large pan for pasta or rice ect. We did request another pan, but it never arrived.

Just noticed it was Penthouse Botanica we stayed at Damson Drive was withdrawn a few days before travelling. As for Penthouse Botanica SUPER property, outside area great, very comfortable including beds.very secure. Location fantastic. Everything you could want and more.

There was issue when you lock the main door and the door of the smaller bedroom from inside. It was difficult to open.

Lovely environment with a clean house. My guest loved the house. " This is their best B&B 👌

Nothing to he honest

Communication from the owners was good and information provided.

The house was very dirty when we arrived, carpets not hoovered, mouldy food on the floor in the kitchen and the kickboards down. Door handles hanging off. Excrement in the garden and cigarette butts from previous guests. Mould in the bathroom and bedroom. You are unable to lock the front with the key from the inside, which we unfortunately found out and managed to lock ourselves in! Have raised a complaint, requested a refund and STILL waiting to hear back.
