The location is perfect for the university students, as alot of them already live there. For more liveliness.
The bed in the room given was large, but I couldn't sleep on the mattress as the spring was on my skin, had to lye on the duvet for more comfort. I think the main entrance door needs painting in order for guests to feel welcoming.

Proximity to town
Shower had cold water with no instructions to either turn on to hot water. The key safe took ages to open with the right code…woe unto u if u do after dark as safe digits cant be seen, trying shine a light to it and it being metallic reflects back and cant see any digits. Very poorly lit entry.
