Very small rooms (much smaller than the photos look) None of the 'useful' facilities were available, like the shared kitchen. The owners were keeping the dorm room door open to let the air-conditioning out into their area, so it wasn't cool enough.

Clean, cheap, welcoming, perfect

Everything was amazing. It's. Small place with the reception and just behind, the rooms and bathroom. Everything is pretty clean, both room, beds and bathroom. It's such a cute and adorable place. There's ac, fan and private fan in the room, the wifi is awesome. There are curtains. Locker, so you have privacy. Bathroom is good with a great shower and hot water. If i ever come back to this city, I would for sure stay there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and market and the reception woman is pretty kind.

I just stayed for one night and this place definitely fitted my needs of the day. I wanted a clean and cosy place. And I was welcomed in small but really personal and convenient place. The friendly owner created two capsule-style dorms with surprisingly many facilities regarding the small flat. Every bed has curtains, its own ventilator and a cupboard for storage. If you have a bigger suitcase you can lock it with a chain locker in the small doorway. As guest you can definitely tell that the host likes anime and Japan since the place is decorated with noren-curtain, Monkey D. Ruffy-character and souvenirs from Hokkaido. The is also shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, water cooker, water suspender provided. The location of this place is not in the city center. But in a neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. It is located in an apartment block and all the blocks next to it look the same. I did not stay in a place like this in Vietnam so far. So for me the whole location was interesting. You can definitely tell that I like this place. Keep in mind that it is a small apartment. But it is used efficiently and provides a comfy atmosphere.
