The place is very clean, has all the necesities, the only thing is I wouldnt recommend for tourists because of the location.

"Very good place to stay in Hai Phong - price/quality is on a level"

Pruksa town (location of this hotel) is modern and relatively quiet. The hotel's owner is very kind and responsive. The hotel itself is equipped with everything needed (and it's getting more equipped, since it's brand new hotel)

Pruksa town don't have public bus stops (maybe I didn't managed to find) Staff's knowledge of English is basic, but who really needs it when we have a Google Translate? 😁
